In 1973, a company was born out of the dreams and ideas of a man with over 25 years in the boat-building business. This man, Samuel Crowsom Edward, had built boats out of fiberglass, plywood and cypress, and had also spent several years working with a company making air-conditioner housings out of a strong and durable material – plastic!

With his new company formed, he wanted to build and sell a small type of fishing boat out of this plastic material. The one-man was designed and built, with the two-man not far behind. Until 2006, these boats were manufactured in Lumberton, North Carolina.  However, we now have a new state of the art manufacturing facility in Hemingway, South Carolina.

There have been several company name changes, and changes in ownership over the years – but one thing remains the same: Eagle and Crow boats are "Simply the Best"!

Products and Services Overview
The Eagle and Crow Boats are constructed of high-impact ABS plastic and assembled with aluminum rivets and ABS glue.

We also offer four sizes of quality Indigo galvanized boat trailers, custom built for our boats.

Warranty on Our Boats

Each new boat is warranted to be free from any true manufacturing defects in material and workmanship under normal use for a period of one year from date of purchase.

Community Involvement
Our boats have been utilized to raise funds for the Coastal Conservation Association of South Carolina, Georgetown Lion's Club, and the North Carolina Museum of History.
